This review is for the AUITRONCARE heatless overnight curling rod set. I got a size 36. It measures 34” in length and works great for both long and short hair. The set arrived nicely packaged in a beautiful box and included two scrunchies and a claw clip.After opening and unfolding it, I was happy to see that the rod stayed full at the bends, the filling wasn’t flat, squished, or separated like so many others I’ve tried. The silky fabric is a big plus too, makes the rod slip out so smoothly in the morning without pulling random pieces straight. The foam inside is thick and sturdy, so it keeps its shape even with tight twists, which helps my curls stay big and bouncy instead of getting those weird kinks.I’ve always struggled putting curling rods in by myself, but this method finally made it simple:👇1️⃣ Split your hair down the middle and place the center of the curling rod at the top center of your head.2️⃣ Clip the rod in place with a claw clip.3️⃣ Pre-section your hair and secure each section with a small hair tie. (This way, when you’re twisting, you can just pull the next section without losing tension or fumbling to divide your hair.)4️⃣ Start on one side (left or right). Take the first pre-sectioned piece, remove the hair tie, and wrap it backward around the rod once.5️⃣ Keep adding sections as you twist, working from top to bottom—wrapping one section in front of the rod, then the next from behind, alternating all the way down.6️⃣ When you reach the last few inches, twist the ends of your hair first so they stay smooth and tucked in as you wrap them.7️⃣ Secure the ends to the rod with a scrunchie.8️⃣ Repeat the same steps on the other side.🎀 I definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for a high quality rod. I’m honestly impressed! As someone who usually avoids heat styling because of damage, this kit gives me gorgeous waves without any of the drawbacks.What I love most:• Comfort overnight: The ribbon + rod is so soft and lightweight that I don’t even notice it when I lie down to go to sleep. The satin scrunchies hold everything in place without pulling or tugging at my hair — no more waking up with kinks or sore spots.• Results the next morning: My hair, which tends to be fairly straight, held the curls beautifully. I lightly dampened my hair before wrapping, and after leaving everything in overnight, I woke up to defined, bouncy waves that lasted through the next day.

Great for girls to not ruin hair
My daughter was literally putting rolled up socks in her hair, trying to curl her hair to keep up with her heatless curls. This took a lot of time and definitely a lot of patience on her part. When I seen this, I knew it would make the perfect gift to give her. It is so simple to use. It is easy to get your hair on there and roll it up and it stays in place all night. She uses a bonnet with it to sleep and when she wakes up, her hair is so cute and curly. This is overall amazing! I love heatless curls because you can’t damage your hair this way.

My new favorite way to curl my hair!
I absolutely love these hair curlers because they’re so simple to put in. You just twist them in to your hair and place the bands and the clip then go to bed and wake up with curly bouncy wavy hair!I have extremely long hair, so this is actually perfect. I thought it was gonna be a little small, but it turned out to be just how I wanted it to because I wanted it a little more curly you can make it as curly or as wavy as you want, depending on how tight you put it in.Plus, I also have very straight hair and I usually have to use a lot of hairspray when I use a regular curling iron, but I don’t even use any new hair products with this and it stays until I wash my hair!!It also saves your hair from using heat products since heat damages your hair so I like these so much more! They work I don’t even need to take a curling out and adjust anything. I just pull them out shake out my hair and I’m good to go. I can walk out the door! It’s amazing!
