Helps with back pain
This maternity belt was such a lifesaver during pregnancy! It gave me great support for my lower back and belly, especially toward the end when the extra weight was really hard on my body. The material is breathable and comfortable enough to wear under clothes without being bulky.It’s easy to adjust as your bump grows, and I noticed a big difference in reducing back pain and pressure. I wore it on walks and while doing chores, and it helped me stay active longer without discomfort. Highly recommend for moms-to-be looking for extra support!

Such a Relief for Round Ligament Pain
This has been an absolute game-changer for my pregnancy! I am only 20 weeks, but I was already having pretty significant round ligament pain and back/hip pain. I am carrying pretty low and am short, so I felt a lot of pressure from my growing belly. Wearing this band for just 24 hours has seriously reduced my discomfort and allowed me to feel more supported while exercising, doing chores, or just standing on my feet for a while. It is like a bra for your belly too, where it supports and rounds my belly more. It is also easy to wear under clothes and is very easy to put on and take off. I am so happy to have this for the remainder of my pregnancy.

Great for ligament pain and belly support!
I bought this mostly for two reasons: 1) I was experiencing broad ligament pain and was told by my midwife that a pregnancy belt would probably alleviate some of that and 2) my little one was laying transverse and I had read that if you suspect your ligaments may be loose (this is my second pregnancy) a pregnancy belt may help provide the support and slope for baby to turn into a head down position. I am also experiencing some back pain, but that wasn’t why I bought this.I have to say I am very happy with this belt for the two reasons I bought it. I really feel it supports me well and has helped a lot with the ligament pain and also helped me to relax my stomach which I realized I was constantly pulling in unconsciously. After two days of wearing this belt, I went to the midwife and the baby was head down (I don’t think that the belt alone accomplished that, as I was doing different exercises, but I really feel it helped). If you are looking to relieve back pain with this belt, I can’t say I’ve felt an improvement in that area.Other things: It is pretty discreet under clothing, very adjustable, and easy to get on and off. I feel like it is made of good materials. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I find it a bit uncomfortable on bare skin so I usually wear it over a tank top or high maternity pants. I also find that it isn’t the most comfortable for sitting (ie: in the car) and it will ride up a bit while sitting. However, because it is so easy to adjust it is pretty easy to get back in place once you’re standing again.All in all, I think it is a worthwhile investment especially if you are feeling like you need some relief and support in the belly area. You may want to check out other reviews if you are looking for information on whether this would be a good option for back pain.

Supportive and comfortable for daily use
Although it does not help for support after you have already pulled or sprained a ligament(lol), it is supportive for daily use to prevent round ligament pain. I’ve been wearing it day and night (yes I sleep in it). Its very comfortable and I can’t wait to get the other color. I’d say it’s a good purchase.I hurt myself Friday night while nesting with hubby, and I had excruciating pain all weekend long. I overnighted this belly bad for Sunday morning at 5am and it helped support my stomach and back while I was on the mend the entire week. A week later this Thursday, I am here with no pain and baby tucked tightly[still kicking and tumbling in the womb]

Belly band
I had high hopes for this belly band. Has great reviews. Nothing wrong with the band itself, but I feel like belly bands are either amazing and help you during your pregnancy or they don’t. I feel like it depends on the person. For me personally it didn’t end up helping me and I wasn’t able to use it. But I don’t believe it was any fault to the product quality itself. I think it just works for some people and not for others

A great relief for the pain
My doctor recommended it to me when the sciatic pain from pregnancy started, and it was a great relief. I used it until the very end, and now that my baby is born, I gave it to a friend who was going through the same thing.

Pregnancy support
Pregnancy support. I bought this for my daughter who is pregnant and needing belly and back support. She is tiny framed and this was perfect and supports her and baby. Buy it if you’re pregnant. It’s good quality universal size and comfortable.

A differenza di altre recensioni, a me non sembra invisibile sotto i vestiti, ha un certo spessore e un po’ fa anche sudare. Rispetto alla foto illustrativa é di un altro colore.Premetto che pesavo 50 kg prima della gravidanza ed ora (ultimo mese) ne peso 64, bene o male tutti lì sulla pancia sui glutei… sto usando la fascia ogni volta che esco a camminare o sto molto in piedi e funziona: riduce la necessità di fare la pipì ogni 10 minuti e mi evita il mal di schiena post camminata. E’ anche morbida e quindi confortevole. La ricomprerei certamente, anche se ho iniziato a metterla solo al sesto mese.
