My Favorite Epsom Salt!
I use Dr. Teal’s all the time! Perfect for soaking my arthritic knees and bad back. The melatonin version is myFAVORITE! Its fragrance gives me such peace and relaxation, especially when I use it before I go to bed. The smell reminds me of my childhood, in the early 1960s when we’d get one babydoll a year, at Christmas. We didn’t have much and these dolls were extra special to me and my sisters. This Epsom salt is exactly how the dolls smelled. This fragrance takes me back to my childhood.

Best Sleep of My Life
I buy a lot of Epsom salt, all Dr Teal’s and rotate based on what I need for the night. Some help with dry skin, some with sinus pain, and others have amazing scents.Let me tell you, this one was so relaxing that I noticed myself falling asleep in the tub, crawled into bed and knocked right out.In general, I also use Dr. Dr Teal’s for: resolving my nighttime muscle spasm in my calves, Charly horses, and muscle tightness. My doctor actually recommended I try Epsom Salat Baths to relief the muscle pain. I ordered several brands and completely fell in love with the Dr. Teal’s brand, as it delivered the most immediate response. I was shocked with the almost immediate impact. The same night I was down to only one leg cramp and it completely eliminated my night time muscle cramps after a few uses.One thing to note – If you are sensitive to scents this is not for you. Even if you use just a half a cup the entire scent fills that bathroom and lingers on your skin. For me that’s an amazing benefit, but wanted to flag for others.

Dr Teals it’s definitely the best for bath products in its price range. I love to use this in conjunction with the bubble bath. The scent is absolutely amazing and I have actually fallen asleep in the bathtub before, because I was so relaxed.

I’ve tried other Epsom salts, but these smell great, unlike the old-lady perfume scents of others. While I don’t think they help with sleep, they’re great for relaxation.
