Game Changer
I have been struggling with my vaginal ph (bv) for years. Doctors only want to prescribe me antibiotics then I end up with the same issue over and over again. I started taking these and immediately saw an improvement of my symptoms. I am taking two capsules twice a day after a meal and my gut is loving it. I have no side effects and I am grateful that I have finally found something that works for me! I have spent hundreds of dollars on so many different probiotics over the past few years I was just overall frustrated. The is is an excellent value, great quality, and works fast! Along with a healthy diet this is going to be my go to! Definitely will be stocking up on these!Update 4/19/25I’ve increased the amount I take to 3 capsules one or twice a day, started eating according to the “blood type diet” (look into this!), and I also take fiber daily. I learned that fiber is what feeds the healthy bacteria so I try to take it before I take this probiotic. Doing this has completely cured my issue with BV that I’d been struggling with for years! No more antibiotics for me! It’s all about what you eat and making sure you have enough fiber in your diet to feed the good bacteria! It feels so good to finally feel normal again! Thank God!

Love this probiotic! No digestive issues and definitely keeps my stomach in check! Easy to swallow but can be opened and mixed in liquid if you desire.

Improved my sugar cravings and mood
Update one month in:For girlies like me who suffer from PMS mood and physical symptoms and omg the cravings please give this a try. I wanted to buy a chocolate yesterday to prepare for PMS omg wanted to throw up from the sight of anything sweet or sugary. Also my baked good cravings are gone with this one. I’m eating healthy thanks to this. Im taking 30 minutes before breakfast with plenty of water remember plenty and that alone is enough to control my cravings all day long and hunger crashes. Energy is up and able to lift weights at the gym. Added magnesium glycinate at night and these two are powerhouses to push through the luteal phase mood swings and hunger crashes.It was giving me stomach upset and 90 billion seemed to be bit high, but with time you will get used to it. I’m only taking half the dosage.Original: What a surprise next thing I noticed, I didn’t feel hungry anymore and I couldn’t stand the sight of sugary snacks and even noticed a little sugar added to my coffee seemed too sweet. I suffer from fatigue and taking these improved my fatigue in few days only.I also suffer from PMDD and it alls starts once I ovulate and this time none of that.I am also taking Ollys saffron supplements along with this so maybe that made a slight difference as well.However, I don’t know the science behind it but my stomach is not hungry anymore and I started eating healthier along with this and eat less and still have so much energy that I started weightlifting lol.Give this try and maybe work your way up because two capsules were too much for me.

Decent value, not a great one.
They’re easy to use, there is no smell, easy to swallow, small bottle, so you’re not getting a lot for what you’re paying, but it is a quality product as far as probiotics go.Gut health is essential, so these are going to do the trick for anybody wanting to balance their ph, or help with digestion. I just wish you got more in a bottle for the price, but they are a wonderful product.
