This is it! Having read and listened to reviews even on YouTube etc, I was able to discern which Carpet Upholstery & Area Rug Cleaner we would try. This met all of our “marks” if you will for what we were looking for. Good suction, power, light weight, and it cleans beautifully. Easy to put together, to use, and is so portable for our needs. We have, “had” light dirt build-up in a couple of areas, mind you, I watched dirtier stains/spots being cleaned with this machine & now I know that those videos or examples of how this machine cleans harder/deeper dirt & it actually does. You can see the removal dirty water etc as it is cleaning. Several attachments, no need for more & yes, I did view another Co’s products that are based in my town where I live, but they did not compare to this one. It doesn’t come with a storage bag, as I knew, so no worries, I simply ordered the bag (product info below) and this bag was spacious enough to hold my machine, so I’m set. A handy tool for those with pets!
I love this machine so much. I bought it to replace an old Bissell which had begun leaking again. I was tired of it leaking despite repairing it over and over.Pros: The Shark is quieter, yet it cleans with a lot of power. It sucked up a pet mess effortlessly. I love the pet mess tool because it keeps the gross water in a small container rather than pulling it through the entire machine. This alone is a game changer. The tools all come apart and they are so easy to clean. It’s easy to move around as it’s light and portable.Cons: the power cord isn’t as long as the Bissell, e.g. I can’t clean my entire staircase without unplugging and plugging in downstairs for the other half. There is no “on-board” storage for tools. I’m afraid I’m going to lose the little brush part for the small mess tool as there’s no good place to store it.Overall I’m happy with this purchase and I’d recommend this over the Bissell which seems to have declined in quality over the years.

Omg wow! Cleans up old stains and quick dry time!
I got this as a last minute attempt to clean a mattress that had some other older stains. If this didn’t work I was going to have to buy another mattress. I was so shocked at how well it worked!! The solution cleaned up old stains and the suction was so strong that it dried down within 24 hrs! I was so pleasantly surprised! Good price too and does the job. I got so excited I cleaned other carpet stains and it was able to get out slime from the carpet that was sitting there for months! It works!!

BEST for Pets, and getting teens to help!
This is amazing! The ONLY complaint I have about it is it would be extremely helpful to have a hose extension. I have a hard time, due to physical disability, to kneel and reach at the same time. I’m also disappointed that the 7″ wide attachment is sold separately.As far as cleaning? GAME CHANGER! With our aging pet having accidents, this is far superior to any of the “portable” carpet cleaners, as it’s lightweight. With it being square, I was able to put mine on a planter thing with wheels. The pet mess tool is seriously awesome, and having the hair filter makes all the difference in the world!Now, the best part .. 😁 The self cleaning part….If you have teenagers and want them to help more? This is the machine for you. The self-cleaning part? Makes the teenagers feel like they are doing less work. And since the machine works so well, it’s done a lot quicker anyway. And since there is both the hair tool, as well as the hair filter in the dirty tank, you need not worry about having it clogged with hair and ruining your machine. There is even an access plug underneath, so you can clean out any clogs that may happen. (Which hasn’t happened at all anyway 😊)! My teenagers notoriously killed two machines already, by not vacuuming up the cat hair before shampooing the carpets 🤦🏽♀️. Teenagers like chores that are quick, and this does the trick! 😄 And the fact that it then self-cleans, is it more of a bonus for them to do it. And for some reason the boys like to get technical about which part of the two-sided brushes to use for which mess 😂! The best part is that they’re actually doing it, and not ruining my machine in the process!

This is the one!! Great for pet owners
When opened the box, initially I was overwhelmed and intimidated. However, after reading the manual, it was very simple to use. I ended up cleaning more than I had planned. I did my sectional, recliner/rocker and dining room chairs. It works really really well! It picks up dirt and pet hair with powerful extract suction and I like that you can actually see what’s coming up. The sprayer puts out a good amount. You can’t really see it but I put my hand under the sprayer to feel exactly how much was coming out and it provides good coverage. I didn’t have any leakage issues. The included solutions work well for cleaning, odor eliminating and deodorizing. It’s very simple to clean the soiled water tank. Everything looks and smells fresh and new. This is awesome to use in between professional cleanings. I can get them less often now if I use this machine on a regular basis. I highly recommend!

I started using it to clean the sofa and the suction stopped working 5 mins in. I don’t know how to fix it or return it now, it’s money wasted. And they’re sending it to uae with a USA plug, that should be mentioned or sell it only in the us.

This product comes with an American/Canadian plug attached…..annoying as there is nothing in the blurb which states this. I have now had to purchase a converter and wait another week, for another delivery. Please can sellers give buyers important info like this up front where it can easily be seen.
