Nice! Comes with a hand pump that works well. I accidentally bought the small size and it won’t work for some of the stretches unless your a small child 🤣again, this was my fault for not reading the details. I am actually keeping this one AND ordering a larger one because this one will be great for Pilates and the larger with yoga

An sich ist der Ball toll und erfüllt voll und ganz seinen Sinn, hab nur ein paar Kinder daheim die diesen Ball etwas anders benutzen wie einen großen Flummi, verstehe ich, ist ja auch wirklich verlockend und sie haben ihn gerne zur Hand, dabei ist er unheimlich laut, hallend und das stört mich, solange er nur in der Ecke liegt und herkömmlich benutzt wird, ist alles in Ordnung!

Der Ball wurde in einem kompakten Päckchen mit kleiner Handluftpumpe zügig geliefert. Der Ball war schnell aufgepumpt (man sollte ihn nicht zu stark aufpumpen!) und ich habe ihn mir für Übungen für zu Hause geholt, die mir von der Physio nahegelegt wurden, um mein Bein zu stärken.Die Rezensionen, die auf ein mögliches Platzen hingewiesen haben, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen und vermute, dass die Bälle dort zu stark aufgepumpt wurden. Ich kann mit 90kg problemlos auf dem Ball sitzen, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, dass er gleich explodiert.Fazit: Ein robuster Ball, den es in allen erdenklichen Farben und Größen gibt, sodass dort garantiert für jeden etwas dabei ist. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein sehr schöner großer Gymnastikball mit einer tolle Farbe. Besonders gefallen hat mir, das eine Luftpumpe mit dabei war. Hatte ich nicht mit gerechnet. Hat mich sehr positiv überrascht.
