Needs a valve
The ball is great and the price even better. My biggest problem is it needs to have a valve in it so when I take the straw out of it it doesn’t deflate. It doesn’t stay inflated well.

I love this ball! I am recovering from shoulder surgery and I use this ball for one of my exercises. Very easy to inflate. No pump needed. I love the flexibility too!

Get a different one that isn’t so hard to blow up
This pilates ball is exactly the same as all the others out there, except that the method for blowing it up is completely terrible. It has fully open hole of about half a centimeter, into which you are meant to blow air with a straw, then remove the straw and put in a plug. But because the hole is massive and there is no valve, half the air escapes out of the hole as soon as you remove the straw. We had to go to ridiculous lengths to actually get the stupid thing inflated and the plug in. Get something else.
