Stopped working
I have only had this for a few months and it now it wont turn on. If it does turn on it was shut itself off during a treatment. Unable to return

If I could give this thing zero Stars I would. Stopped working after my third use. First one I ordered didn’t work at all. Now I’m outside of the return window and wasted all my money. Buyer beware do not buy this product.

I am absolutely in love with this facial steamer! It was easy to assemble, has a sturdy base, you can adjust the height, it swivels and is on wheels so it’s easy to move around. It’s also easy to use. After adding distilled water and turning it on, it only takes a few minutes for the steam to start coming out. And let me tell you, it feels absolutely wonderful! My skin has never felt and looked so healthy and supple. It’s a total gamechanger for your skincare routine, plus it’s very relaxing. It also works great to help clear your sinuses when you’re congested. This is one product I don’t ever want to be without! Worth every penny!!

Amazing Ozone Facial Mist Steamer
My daughter and I have a little spa room and this facial steamer is a must have pamper yourself item. It’s a larger piece so I was a little intimidated to put it together. I went to the product description and there is an easy to follow step by step instructional video. I really appreciate when companies take the time to do this because videos are so much easier to follow then most paper instructions. I had it put together in the area cleaned up in under half an hour. We added purified water and within minutes we were getting steam. After a couple more minutes we had a steady, full fine mist of wonderful ozone water. It wasn’t loud, just the relaxing sound of steam. The steam was warm and super relaxing. It’s adjustable so you can use this over a massage table or your bed. I so look forward to my steam treatments. My skin always looks so refreshed afterwards. Since my pore are open from the steam all of my expensive creams and serums can really soak into my skin. I love that this has wheels. It’s easy to just roll it into the closet when not in use. I’m very happy with this and think it’s a very fair price. Five stars!
