Great for meal prep!
The lids are not leak proof (but they are paper so I don’t know why anyone would expect leak-proof), but they are overall excellent for meal prep. I meal prep regularly and while the lids are not leakproof, the bowls do seem to be soak-proof. Food does NOT soak through them. Will buy again and again.

Great for meal prep
Theses are some of my favorite containers. I meal prep and I love that I can put thes containers in the freezer as well as the microwave. The only con and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is I have had some issues with lids but sealing all the way.

Good value storage container boxes
The capacity is just about 16oz. I would recommend to keep dry item or meal prep item in it . Nothing has leaked so far in any of my boxes but i always feel it is less deep. They are good value for money and durable too but the regular 16 oz deli boxes are more versatile.
