These adjustable dumbbells are exactly what I was looking for. Its so easy to adjust the weight and I don’t have to have so many sets of dumbbells laying around the house. Even my son who lifts all the time was impressed with them. The handle fits in my hand really well and makes my workouts much more comfortable. They seem to be really well made have become a big part of my workouts.

It is very good, well made.Looks a lot better than the picturesI bought one and have been using it for a week. You need to first hold the nozzle then twist and turn to change the weights so the chances of a weight getting loose is probably near 0.Very good for home if you dont have a lot of space to have multiple weights
