On arrival, the lamps were well packaged, with a good amount of support to prevent damage in shipping.These lamps were very simple to put together, taking less than 5 minutes each, from start to finish.The clasps both at the bottom and the top of the lampshade, used for securing the metal rings to give shape and sturdiness, are visible— shown in my pictures, however this isn’t enough for me to dislike these lamps!The lampshade arrives as a long piece, and attaches into a circle with velcro, I simply made sure this was in line with the wire of the lamp, so it isn’t visible from the front. For the price, I believe it’s a great deal.The lamp itself has a very modern design, with a glossy ceramic finish. This is just what I needed for my small space
