Super easy and super fun!
I bought these curlers based off of a friend’s recommendation, and they did not disappoint! I love that the colors help identify which way the curl will go (away from face or towards the face), which allows for better placement and a more natural curl pattern.The curlers were super easy to put in, even my husband, who is basically hair illiterate, managed to pick it up by the second curl with minimal guidance. I do recommend putting the curlers in with barely damp hair with light curl products (to help set curls, tame frizz, etc), especially if you have naturally frizz prone hair (like me).Since the curlers are so easy to place, you can definitely put the curlers in on your own, but for precises placement, a second set of hands is a BIG help. Once they’re in, these curlers stay put throughout the night. My hair is super fine/thin, so that’s a real winning point for me!!When I removed the curlers in the morning, the curls I was left with were well defined, low/no frizz, and lasted all day. This is an absolute game changer for me!!As an aside, we purchased the longer curlers, so that I could share with my daughter. These still worked for my shoulder length fine hair and also managed my daughter’s middle-of-the-back longer, super thick hair just as well.Also, when we finished setting my heads we still had plenty (almost half) of the curlers. So, depending on the size of the person’s head (mine is on the larger side), and the person’s hair density, you may be able to get two full heads out of one purchase!The only downside I noticed was the plastic/chemical smell when I first opened the container, which disappeared after airing out the curlers. Also, I was not able to get the curlers back into their original packaging, so they now live in a plastic bag.9.5/10 would recommend.

These things are actually awesome!!! My daughter has super long thick hair and the other methods for heatless curls were all fails. After watching a few tik toks and getting some pointers (the size of the section of hair is VERY important), we have done this many times and were so pleased every morning when she took them out!! The 2 different colors mean 2 difference curl directions. I can get them all in in less than 30 minutes. The only challenge is sleeping in them, but we put a big headband on to get them up and off her neck and that does the trick for her. Here is a picture of her hair after the curls and before the curls(baseline hair) curls last a few days, and obviously loosen as the days go on.

Pretty uncomfortable after a duration.
I have very long, straighter then straight thick hair. It is extremely difficult to have my hair maintain a curl whatsoever, and Ive tried probably hundreds of different approaches. So the best chance I have is to do my hair in curlers the night before and sleep with them in. Well these curlers are not a soft invitation to sleep on. But I do love that I got through my entire head of hair with one pack and had multiple left over (I do very small sections). And they went in pretty easy. But they are somewhat annoying bouncing right in my face (theres no real controlling them) and they’d need a bonnet bigger then I’ve encountered to fit them without packing and pulling hair.. removing them is tedious due to any inclination of going straight my hair immediately follows suite, the curl seems to hold much better then others and I actually lighty mist my entire head once they are on to allow them to hold better from drying in the curlers. I will edit once I get a better idea of the ability to manipulate them better and how the curl holds and different approaches.

Stupid hook and tangle method
This is thee worst method I have ever tried to curl my hair. Not sure about these great reviews. If you don’t have someone to do this for you it is going to be terrible. My hair is about 30 inches long. The tubes are long enough, but the hook for this is stupid and inefficient. Why didn’t they make the end of the hook a loop like those pony tail loops you slip your hair into and pull it through your own hair. The stick and closed loop would do better. I have one and tried it w the tubes. It wasn’t long enough so I attached it to the stick. The loop works better than the hook they provide. I absolutely hate the stupid stick and I hate that you can’t fit much hair in the tube because of this dumb hook.I’m sorry. I absolutely hate this thing. The concept is good, but needs to be improved. Maybe The people who designed this thing should actually try to use it on their own fluffin hair!

Awesome Results on Long Straight Hair!!!
My granddaughters hair is long, straight, and very heavy! I was worried how her hair was going to look for her western themed formal! These worked better than I could have ever hoped!! We left her hair just slightly damp, ran a bit of mouse through it, and wrapped her entire head in a large scarf to keep them in place….she slept in them and it worked fantastcally!! She said her hair was still curly the next day!! They take a bit of a trial run to get use to putting them in but not hard to do at all! Loved how her hair turned out!!! She was ecstatic about her hair!!

It’s okay. Works if you’re patient.
Overall, this is an okay product. I’m slightly impatient so it was annoying sifting my hair through the noodle with the rod only for my hair to have a slight curl. I’m not too happy with how bulky the packaging is either. I used these once and I haven’t since.

Game changer for my girly girl.
These are a game changer for my girly girl to have curls. Easy to put in (we got the long hair ones since she has long hair) and easy to take out. She can use them even if she decides to cut her hair. Effortless curls – we just wet her whole head (after a shower with wet (but not dripping) is my favorite way) the curls come out beautiful. We just leave the curlers in until her hair is dry and then remove the curlers. You can put product in to keep the curls longer.
