This is a great idea and I really like them. I attend a senior fitness class three times a week and they always run out of weights. I really like being able to adjust the weight based on what we are doing. I gave these a four instead of five because the grip is bulky to hold onto. If you have small hands these might be difficult to hold. i’m guessing that more women that men would buy these. The manufacturer may want to consider a bit smaller grip width.

It’s inexpensive and the weights are super easy to change, which is perfect for h The smooth, colorful coating gives it a nice look, and it has a great grip, so I know she’ll feel secure using it. It also appears to be durable and takes up very little space, which a bonus for her condo. Now, if can only convince her to start using it so can comment on its ability to provide a good workout!
