Easy Peasy Devos to Bring a Bit of Joy!
What a fun little devotional! Heidi’s exuberance and joy come through on every page! Each devotional is short and sweet, but packs a punch of biblical truth and usefulness. The size of the book is small and chunky, and the artwork that’s thoughtfully placed throughout the book is just beautiful!

Beautiful, conversational, and thought provoking
This is a beautiful book.Features include an attached ribbon bookmark, contents page, an introduction, 100 days of devotions, an outro, a journaling section (5 pages), footnotes section/references, topical index, acknowledgements, about the author, and also available from the publisher.The 100 days of devotionals are broken down into 10 mile posts, 10 days each. The devotionals mainly focus in the book of Joshua but other books referenced are Judges and Genesis.Obviously, having just received the book, I haven’t had a chance to read all the entries, but I have skimmed the them and read a few. So far I have loved what I read. The entries feel very conversational and real, not overly edited. Maybe informal is a better word to use? Whatever it is, I appreciate it. I also like the call to action portions at the end of each entry. Not too deep to be difficult, but enough that hopefully it brings some insight.One thing I do wish it had was more journaling space at the end or even journaling space in the margins, but take that with a grain of salt because I like to mark things up.Overall, I’m excited to get into this devotional, mark it up, and learn and grow from it.Bonus points: it smells fantastic 😂 I’m a book sniffer.
