Vacuum pump
Seems to work fine. I have is on a Ford stroker 331 with a healthy cam. Cam only pulls 5 inch vacuum at idle. Using a Dracarys 28146 vacuum switch set to 18 inch it doesn’t have to run constantly.Same set up cost over $200 on some sites.Only time will tell how long it lasts. It it fails, I will change my review.

Perfect inexpensive fix.
Product worked great for my 2017 jku wrangler. The connectors did not fit the wiring due to the gauge wire on the jeep but was easily spliced together. The chrome looks good too.

Great for adding some piece of mind to an old diesel
I am using this on a 40 year old diesel with an iffy mechanical vacuum pump. It’s a good old truck, but the climate control and breaks occasionally act up… I replaced the lines, added check valves, basically anything i could do besides replacing the vacuum pump… Mainly because I don’t want to deal with the multitude of belts that have to come off to get a new one in there… So enter this booster, had to pick up a vacuum sensor as well to cut it off so it will last longer, but after teeing this into the system, all my problems magically disappeared.It functions great, and now only cuts on when there is a loss of vacuum from the main pump. For the price, i highly recommend it.

Well built vacuum pump.
I flat tow a ’97 Geo Tracker behind my class A motorhome. I use a braking system on the tracker that requires the Tracker brake vacuum booster to be pumped down. The braking system (US Gear) came with a cheap vacuum pump that has worked for years. Every time the brakes are applied the vacuum pump is turned on for 20 seconds to keep the booster pumped down. Over the years the original vacuum pump has gotten weaker and weaker to the point it no longer functions adequately. I got this pump to replace it. Instead on connecting the pump to the brake system controller I just wired it thru a 12v relay, a check valve, a toggle switch, and a vacuum pressure switch to always keep the brake booster pumped down when the Tracker is being towed. Works like a champ. The build quality is good and it pumps down the small brake booster in the Tracker quickly. Not too noisy either. I should have done this years ago.
