East to swallow
It’s hard for me to write a review about vitamins or supplements because honestly I probably could not document a change unless I undergo testing before and after taking it for a while. So this is a review about the taste and the packaging.The probiotic was in an easy to swallow capsule and no aftertaste.But the label – oh my! The label of the ingredients is in incredibly small font and I could not read the “Probiotic Blend” section at all and some of the information, including the company address is in white against a shiny pink background – also very difficult to read. This white/pink writing also included the directions and warnings. If I held it near a light at just the right angle, I could read the label but otherwise – no.I did a search of the address on the label and the company is located in an industrial building where companies would rent space. My guess is that the product is not manufactured there.

Love, Love, Love these probiotics !
I’m a big fan of probiotics and digestive enzymes for healing lots of gut issues.When I found these probiotics for women, I decided to give them a try. They are a real bargain at about $16 for a three month supply !At first, I really didn’t notice anything but within about a week, I could feel and see changes happening. I’m going to be a bit graphic but it’s necessary here. I have had gut issues for about three years. My bowel movements were horrible. From diareah one day, to constipation the next. It was like a rollercoaster. I never knew from one day to the next, what my digestive system was going to do. I began taking these along with a digestive enzymes, to help elevate the effectiveness. I took it for about a week, with no noticeable results, good or bad. About day 6 or 7, things started to change. My bowel movements started to become normal, no gas or bloated feeling. It has been great ! These probiotics for women are an excellent tool on the way to wellness. I will be using these on a regular basis.Thanks for reading. Have a blessed day ! 🤗

Potent and Easy on the Stomach
I’ve been taking this probiotic for a few weeks and so far, do good. The capsules are pretty much standard sized for a probiotic, easy to swallow, and don’t have any noticeable taste or sell. I like that they are highly potent and contain multiple probiotic strains, but are still easy on my stomach.Overall, I have no complaints. This is a very good probiotic supplement.

It’s really hard to review a vitamin because you can’t compare the effectiveness or measure results but this seems pretty good. Taste is good, no unwanted side effects, and the ingredients seem clean. What else is there to say? Good product.

20 Strains
I got this to improve my gut health. I try to get as many different strains as possibly and aim for 40-100 billion. Since starting taking probiotics regularly I’ve noticed improvements in my digestion. This brand has been gently on my stomach. They are reasonably easy to swallow. I find them to be around the same quality and effectiveness as the ones I took previously. Overall the benefits have been worth the cost.
