received perfect replacement
REVISED ON REVIEW: I received the Candy grill air fryer replacement. Good to report the lid does not have a big gap and I hope when I used it soon that it will not a smoke coming out of the lid. Further inspection of the product it is really a good quality material….lightweight even though it appears heavy…the design is cutting-edge modern with glass you can peek as you cook….the dial(knob) seem to be irregular when turning to the desired temp or to the cook mode….overall I like it very much. BTW….the old defective Candy grill air fryer combo will be donated to my fave charity since Amazon had advised me NOT to return it.I am giving it a 3 star because of the defective lid that is not closing properly showing a gap on the right side. I did not see a gap the first 2x I’ve used it but noticed smoke coming out. Amazon is sending me a replacement instead of pure return since I like the product.The product seem to be of quality durability….sleek and hip style….it is lightweight and easy to use…cooks really fast

Candy Indoor Grill
I Recently bought the Candy Grill to replace my Ninja Grill. Where the Candy Grill is not as good as the Ninja for the money it does alot. It is smaller than the Ninja and fits better on my countertop. Does a very good job of grilling and I am testing out the air frying because I never used that on my Ninja because of having to use different parts on the inside but the Candy is simplier to work with. It is super easy to clean, has preset settings and the cook time is good. For the money it is a good buy

Just stopped working and no US repair available
I really loved this. Until it broke out of Amazon’s window for replacement. I emailed the company and the said they only deal with claims in the UK. They sent me to Hoover for a US claim. Hoover said no, they didnt do thay. So I now have a small portable oven, because the fan won’t come on.
