Excellent Tool for Staying on Track!This food and fitness journal is exactly what I needed to stay accountable and focused on my health journey. This notebook is an excellent tracking system for your exercise and meals. There is space for you to write goals, write positive motivational messages to yourself, recommended exercises for yoga and every muscle group, and a space to track your macros. You can complete weekly meal plans and look at 3 months broadly. I didn’t use it in my first purchase, but I did notice in this notebook that there is a 12 week tracking of weight, body fat %, waist size, and a space for a 4th tracking goal of your choice. What was missing is the grocery list. The color was also less vibrant than in my first journal. For the price point, I think this should be cheaper because buying this notebook every 3 months is not cost effective for me.

I think is very complete, I absolutely love the trackers. It feels like an excel sheet, which is what I was looking for.However, I page came defective and it also had a stain on it.Very sturdy, very nice. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for what I mentioned above.
