The BEST of both worlds glass/plastic bottle
These are the BEST bottles! You get the best of both worlds with glass lined in the inside and the lighter plastic lined on the outside. I love that my daughter’s milk only touches the glass lined layer, you don’t have to worry about plastic coming in contact with the milk. Have used these the past 3 years over two kids and are still in great shape. Would highly recommend!!

My baby’s favorite
We’ve tried sooo many different bottle types and these are by far my favorite (because they’re my baby’s favorite!).Originally, we wanted to use all glass for feeding and storing. That proved to be nearly impossible, we tried many different brands and they all had different issues. Too heavy, too delicate, leaked, too expensive, etc. These bottles are the perfect solution. They don’t break when dropped, they’re light and durable like plastic, but the milk never touches plastic. My baby has latching issues, and these nipples are more breast-like and easier for my baby to latch on to than other ones we’ve tried. They have a wide neck for easy pouring and cleaning, and since they are comprised of only 3 pieces (nipple, ring and bottle) washing them is so much faster than those gimmicky anti-colic ones that require scrubing with little tiny brushes.Pretty much the only complaint I have is that there seems to be a difference in threads, it seems to vary from bottle to bottle. We’ve bought several of these Chicco bottles from different sources (Buy, Buy Baby, Amazon, Walmart) and some of them can be screwed directly onto my Spectra pump while others do not. It is impossible to tell before purchasing whether they will fit or not, just keep that in mind if you’re pumping (I’m exclusively pumping, and do not own a dishwasher, so having the ability to pump directly into a bottle makes a big difference in the amount of bottles I need to wash each day).In conclusion, these bottles are absolutely worth the price and I would recommend them to any new parents, regardless of whether your baby is breastfed or not.

These bottles are great! And my breastfed baby likes them. They are a perfect fit for my mom fan portable bottle warmer without having to use an attachment. They are perfect for outings and travel since they are glass on the inside, but plastic on the outside. They do well in the bottle washer/sanitizer, I have put them in many times and they look like they are new.

Edit: I have to knock off a star because I’ve found out that these nipples are not made to let out rice cereal lmao.These are my favourite bottles! My son loves them, they’re durable and easy to use. I haven’t had any issues with leaking and these are super easy to clean.

Only good for 6 months before crack – poor customer service
UPDATE: From 5 stars, to 3 stars, to 1 star. I contacted Chicco regarding the issue with 6 of the 12 bottles i purchased cracking down the measurement line. Their customer service was abysmal and they wanted evidence of every purchase I made, my personal information, and photos of every bottle I included in my complaint. Of course we’d already thrown out a few but I sent them what they requested otherwise to show my concerns were legitimate. Customer service was in no way accommodating or apologetic and I felt like they were more resistant and suspicious than anything. I’ll not be risking my child’s safety with a company I feel invalidates my concerns as a parent.UPDATE: After about 7 months of use we just noticed that vertically, directly along the measurement line at least half of the bottles have cracked. If you gently squeeze you can see the liquid run out of that line. There was a video uploaded on here by someone else that shows it. I wish the care instructions stated to replace the bottles every six months so I wouldn’t have to worry that my baby drank some glass. I edited my review from 5 stars to 3 stars because we have loved these bottles immensely, but the claim that they won’t crack or break is untrue and the care instructions should absolutely state they need to be replaced every 6 months if this has happened to multiple people. We did put these in a sterilizer a lot over their lifespan which I’m sure expedited the breakdown, but since every bottle that is compromised is directly down the measurement line, I’d say there is a design flaw and that when they add the measurement line it corrupts the integrity of the product. My baby loves these nipples and is fighting us on the change so I’m not sure if we will repurchase this product or not. I’m apprehensive to say the least.Original:Super great bottles. Love the glass inside, plastic outside combo. Our baby is not colicky but if you hold these with the Chico symbol on the nipple upwards they are supposed to help with that. We bought a bunch. Our baby loves these too.
