Great booster seat!
I had to replace a Diono Rainer 3-in-1 seat that didn’t last the full life cycle it promised (my small 8yo outgrew the booster that was supposed to last till he was much taller and heavier due to the headpiece hitting his shoulders).In any case, I reluctantly searched for another high-back booster seat that would be as comfortable as the Diono had been. I found this one in Target along with a Graco seat and decided that this one had far better padding than the Graco seat. It was the same price at Target, but since I had credit on Amazon, I bought it here.It arrived quickly and was easy to install. My son says it’s a great seat. He likes the cupholders and can now put his own seatbelt on, whereas the poor design of Diono’s booster mode made it impossible for him to buckle himself in.The seat isn’t as rock-solid as the Diono was, but the design is much better for a booster seat for older kids. It’s also not as heavy (because it’s not made of steel), so it’s much easier to move if needed.The only initial con was that in our car (a Hyundai Santa Fe), this seat couldn’t be placed in the middle of the back seat where the Diono had been. That wasn’t a deal-breaker, though, and now that we’ve had it a while, I actually like having the seat on one side because if there’s only one other back seat passenger, they don’t have to squish themselves next to a car seat now. (My son just had to get used to the change.)

Great Booster
After about a year of continuous researching for the best booster seat mostly had to be the best for safety, then fit (car & child) and look I ordered this one. So far I’m not disappointed. My daughter is 6 yrs old and is tall for her age. She was using a backless Graco booster seat until I could find one I liked with a back because she falls asleep a lot in the car and I wanted the extra side safety for her head. Also, She kept complaining of feeling car sick. Now that she is using this one she does not complain of being sick! No problems with her buckling her seat belt on her own or getting in and out of seat and car. She has room and fits in the seat just great. The seat was easy to install. I was a bit concerned because the back only has two positions and I thought it might not lay flat in seat like it is supposed to but it fits just fine in a 2016 Honda Pilot. We did turn the head rest around or we could have just removed the head rest but either way the booster sits properly once we did that. I also like that it is all black and matches the car interior. I think it looks neater and it will easily hide dirt. With it being all black it does not get hot either sitting in the car in the hot summer VA months. I don’t have any problems with it falling over when she is not using it either. All in all I would definitely recommend this booster seat.

Great Seat (when in a compatible car)
We have two of these in the Zip Plus version and I’m really happy with them. I drive a 2016 Toyota RAV4 and the install was easy and painless. Attach the LATCH connectors, remove the car’s headrest, adjust booster back height, and buckle it in. Both of my kids seem to be happy and comfortable in their seats. They can easily buckle themselves in and their Yeti water bottles fit in the cup holders. The fabric is durable and the center panel zips off easily so you can toss it in the washing machine. Overall, they’re good quality seats that have some nice practical features.Unfortunately, when we tried to put these in our other car (2012 Dodge Charger) the boosters could not be safely installed because the car’s headrests pushed the booster back too far forward. The headrests can’t be removed or repositioned in this car so we had to pick a different car seat for a better fit (the Diono Monterey 5ist).When installed in the Toyota, I give the Chicco seats 5 stars. But since we could not safely install them in the Dodge, I knocked off a star.

El asiento es perfecto para mi bebe de año y medio, lo compre para un segundo auto y me ha funcionado Super bien y resistente. Lo complemente con un reductor de cinturón y esta excelente.
