YES, YES, YES!
I shopped around for so long before I settled on this Cuisanart Air Fryer/Toaster Oven. I’ve fallen in love with it! This Cuisanart does so many things and does them well. Air Fries, Toasts, Broils, Bakes, Grills and Warms!! I’ve made so many things and all of it has turned out great. The Air Fryer makes delicious and crispy potatoes and Brussels Sprouts and flaky fish. I’ve grilled burgers and steaks that came out juicy. I’ve baked Banana Bread in this and it turned out moist and delicious. Everything comes out perfectly cooked. And the cooking/baking time is cut down! And it comes with a handy cooking guide that even has recipes in it. This has been a great purchase that I regularly use and highly recommend. And one of my favorite aspects of this particular unit is that the baking tray also goes under the air fryer basket eliminating any dripping or mess in your air fryer! Amazing. And clean up so far has been a breeze. All the pieces that come with the unit clean easily. I really can’t say enough good things about this Cuisanart product. Lastly, I love the size of this unit. I have limited counter space and this fits perfectly, while being large enough to cook decent sized meals in. It’s been a perfect purchase.

Works great, looks nice
Love this air fryer combination appliance. It’s versatility is just what I’ve been looking for. I love the grill function as well. It actually grilled a nice, seasoned ribeye steak and tasted much better than expected. The air fryer basket is much bigger than most conventional air fryers and the appliance actually looks nice on the countertop.

Originally this was a 5* review. This is an update after about 14 months of use.Pros:Overall, it’s a wonderful appliance. Nothing I cooked came out poorly. I used it for lots of things. I got mine at a very reasonable price. A vast improvement over other methods of cooking. With one exception, I’ve been very happy with it. I liked the dials, the SS, even its presence on my kitchen counter. It did everything it was supposed to do, and did it well. It wasn’t hard to learn and understand the settings.So why have I dropped a star and switched to another brand? Well…Con:It’s a pain in the you-know-what to clean. It vaporizes any oil and spreads it throughout the interior which has lots of nooks and crannies. Since I cooked a lot of chicken in mine with the skin on, that meant cleaning it constantly. You aren’t supposed to use a scrubby and they just recommend a light soapy water. After awhile, the joy of using it became more of a chore.I’ve since switched to another highly rated brand where what’s cooked is in tempered glass, which can be put in the dishwasher or hand-washed, a much easier process.Your mileage may certainly vary. You may not cook the same things I do.I would give this 4 1/2 stars because it really does everything well. But it’s too much like cleaning your microwave or regular oven every time you use it. It’s not like cleaning a pot or a pan.

Efficient Air Fryer Toast Oven +Grill. Would buy it again
We really like the design and ease of using the various options of baking, toasting, grilling broiling, or air frying. With 2 different timers – one for baking & 1 for toasting. Well made, no issues with safety. Just make sure you have it placed with space to breathe as it does get warm. Instructions make that clear. There’s a bit of a learning curve but we are really grateful – save kitchen from getting hot and uses less power than using the oven. Grateful to have found it.

Amazing Product
I had initially purchased the Nuwave air fryer that this site plugs like crazy. That thing had a horrendous stench like concentrated pet and warehouse dust. I had to return that Nuwave despite liking it otherwise.Decided to go with the big name brand Cuisinart and do not regret my decision. This thing is powerful, heats up fast, and I don’t have to worry about a digital display crapping out because it is fully knob operated. The new appliance smell did happen when I first turned it on but was never an issue again after that. The air fryer function works incredibly well and I look forward to trying the grill plate on some steaks. Amazing product!

Cooking Size And Ease

Works great, except for one critical (IMO) item
This product is a kitchen essential – small, easy to keep clean, works very well as intended for me HOWEVER, it has been my experience that the power cord is close to the electrical limits of what’s needed to supply 1800w. As such, the cord/plug gets very warm, close to hot, indicating that it’s undersized for the load. I measure nearly a 14A draw on max temp/heat at 120 VAC. That’s cutting it close for the relatively light-duty power cord supplied and will likely end up tripping circuit breakers for a 15A circuit.I think this is something that should be addressed by Cuisinart, and it would be interesting to hear if others are experiencing the same thing.That’s the only reason I gave it only 4 stars, not 5. YMMV.

This Cuisinart actifryer seems to be well made, sturdy and of good materials . It has a very well laid out , easy to read, informative instruction manual. It was well boxed and padded securely for shipping. It comes with an oven rack, baking pan, actifryer basket and grill plate. It has an indicator light and a safety feature that temporarily stops heating when the door is opened. All the cooking plates and racks are very sturdy, well made and seem of good materials. I am impressed that it has a rubber (?) seal that runs along the inside of the bottom of the door that I presume stops any heat from escaping while in operation. All the racks and plates fit securely and easily into their respective slots. It does not slip around on the counter. It certainly seems very solid in its construction. So far, I have only used the bake feature to cook a frozen cabbage roll dish and it came out perfectly. It has 8 cooking features which I am looking forward to using and I am confident that they will perform well. My only criticism is that the function dial lettering is extremely close together and, for me, I find it a little confusing as to which cooking feature I have actually selected, but once I have used this actifryer more frequently, it will be more familiar to me. In six years, I have purchased two other different brands of actifryers which between them only lasted 6 years. I hope it lasts longer than the 2 other brands. I decided on this Cuisinart brand because I have a Cuisinart indoor grill that has performed perfectly for over 4 years and is still working well. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase. 5 stars.
