Hip pain gone
I have had hip pain for several years. I just figured it was a part of aging. I read that increased cortisol can damage the ligaments/weaken in our bodies. I have been on these for 6 weeks and zero pain in my hips! Completely gone!

Better skin and nails.
This product works for older man of 71. My nails were getting weaker and my skin was showing its age also.Since starting this collagen my nails and skin are better. Not that of a young person but it is noticeably better.

Good value for the money
Been taking these for a little over a week now but probably not long enough to experience any of the benefits yet. I did do some research on the manufacturer and found the company is currently manufacturing several different types of supplements and vitamins, including this Collagen supplement. This is a high dose of Collagen at 6000 mg (higher than most) and also includes Vitamin C as well as Biotin, both of which are good for your skin as well as you nails and hair. These are also lactose and gluten free. I don’t like taking pills and struggle at times with large pills. These pills are definitely large AND 1 dose = 6 pills (a lot for such a large pill). I was okay up until about the 5th pill and then struggled getting the 6th down. Being a mature woman I know how important collagen is to your skin and and was surprised to learn that this is also good for your bones and joints. Based on the excellent price point, I will continue using but may have to cut back to 4 pills per day and hope to still receive the benefits of the product. 6 pills is just to many with the larger size of these supplements. I didn’t notice any smell to these nor any after taste. Keep in mind – at 6 pills per dose, you are not getting a full month out of these

Noticably brighter healthy looking skin and stronger nails
I’ve used hair, skin, and nail gummies for a long time but I am having trouble with gummies sticking to my teeth now so I was looking for caplets that wouldn’t leave a weird after taste and was easy to swallow and these are what I’ve been for. I’m really happy with the changes I’m seeing with my skin , hair and nails, my skin looks healthier firmer the dry dull skin with the fine lines are fading away and I’m really happy about that, but most of all my hair isn’t falling out as much and I’ve been really upset about the hair loss but now, not seeing as much hair in the shower is a relief and a joy that’s really hard to describe but finally finding a product that is effective that works for my hair, skin and nails is wonderful! and for me the value for the money is priceless since I’m no longer dreading washing or brushing my hair and I’m not sitting in the shower crying at how much hair is in the drain as I’m washing it, and my nails aren’t as brittle and not breaking and are actually growing!! I’m very pleased with this product and I’m going to continue using it.
