Looks good in all rooms
This is officially the first diffuser I have purchased. My wife or someone else normally gets them for us for birthdays or holidays. I have to say that I love this. Use it in my office and looks great. Wife loves it and will be getting one for her office soon. So far there has been no issues and I use it almost every day. Simple to use, and can last most of the day. About the only thing you may have to do is to see which light corresponds to which time if your not paying attention the first couple times.

Updated! my review after the seller sent me a replacement. Super responsive and shipped to me quickly, I love the style and the consistency in the steam it releases. Definitely recommend and will be purchasing another one for my bedroom.Stopped aorking less than 24 hours after I got it. The lights turn on but no steam no smell nothing. There’s enough water and oil. This is nothing like the previous oil diffuser I purchased before a different brand. It had an app and was much easier to control. Do not recommend

My first electric diffuser
I have never used one of these before so I felt quite novice at getting it set up and ready to go. First off it’s super cute and not obstructive to decor, except maybe the white power cord. I’d have preferred black. It has multiple setting for the light, the weight of the mist, the type of mist (constant or intermittent) and the timer, which each have their own button on a remote control that you repeat press to scroll through the options. Each setting beeps. There are also control buttons on the unit itself, so it’s not dependent on the remote control to operate it. Pretty simple. It has a 1, 3, and 6 hour setting and shuts itself off after your selected time. It also has an always on setting which the description indicates will auto shut off when the water level gets too low. It holds 500mL and has a max fill line, but I have no idea if it’s advised to fill it less than that if I plan to use it for shorter periods of time with different oils each time. This thing came only with care and operating instructions, no how to use instructions. Again, I’m new so that was disappointing. It did come with 3 essential oil samples. In mine there was orange, lemon and lavender. Not sure if that’s standard for all orders. As of this review, I’ve only used the diffuser once, with the lemon, and it was nice. My 29 year old son even commented unsolicited that he liked the scent. I bought this to run a few hours while I sleep, and it was REALLY quiet and has very dim light setting options to keep a dark room dark. I didn’t count the light setting options, but there are a lot, more than I will every use, but great that I was able to find the perfect one for me. Again being a novice, I had to google how much oil to use and was pretty surprised for some reason that a full 500mL requires 15-20 drops. I used 20 and it seemed fine, pleasant, not overwhelming. I would highly recommend this diffuser.

Stopped Working – Didn’t Even Last a Year

Not only did they refund me the full amount I paid, but they also sent me a brand-new diffuser completely free of charge.The replacement works beautifully and the whole experience showed me how much Jack & Rose truly care about their customers. only complaint is no temote not a deal breaker . seems solid lights work well . it lasts about 20 to 24 hours depending on mist stream . I use distelled water as the water in my house is hard and it cuts the life of the transducer big time , distilled water leaves no residue buildup

I bought this for my wife because she is very picky and if its going to be on the counter, it better look good. It works well, holds a decent amount of water and matches the aesthetic. It doesn’t take too long before you need to really give it a good clean, there is a residue that can appear on the top of the container. Make sure to clean it often other than that, this is an awesome product.
