good enough
I got this just to mess around with for my kid and me. We never actually used it on our faces due to fear of staining. Most of the colors stained my arm very faintly after not very long. I used micellar water to clean it as thoroughly as possible, without it there was significantly more color left behind. For the price I’d say it’s decent, extremely minimal staining (but not none) and ok pigmentation. It is face safe in my book, but do have makeup remover for it.
