Troubleshooting Guide
Diffuser Not Working Check the Power Supply: Please use a 5V/1A power adapter to ensure your diffuser receives the correct power. Check the Water Level: Add enough water to operate the diffuser, but be careful not to fill it past the maximum water level line. Weak or No Scent Use More Drops: For a stronger fragrance, use pure water and add a few more drops of your 100% pure, water-soluble essential oils. A good starting point is 5-8 drops. Quality Matters: The quality of the oil makes a difference. Low-quality oils may not diffuse effectively. For best results, try a high-quality brand. Clean Your Diffuser: Gently wipe the inner tank with a soft cloth to remove any residue from previous oils, which can interfere with new scents. Mist Only from One Side 1. Forgetting to add essential oils or adding insufficient amounts. 2. The essential oil is of poor quality or has evaporated and become ineffective. 3. The essential oil was not thoroughly mixed with water. Preventing Cracks in the Shell Avoid Oil Contact: Prevent essential oils from coming into contact with the device’s shell. Wipe Dry: Regularly wipe the shell dry to maintain its condition and prevent cracking.

Worth the money!
Great little defuser. I have to say that I almost sent it back and gave it a poor review, then I realized I was filling it too high. Also, I wasn’t impressed with the scent profusion but I worked that out too.I use better homes and gardens plug in scents in my defusers and have come up with a super affective method of filling them. I got a cheap condiment bottle and I fill it with water then add enough of the scent liquid to lightly tint the water. Shake it up and use the bottle to fill your defuser no more than 2/3 full. When you turn it on you should see the vapor all across the opening., and will smell your scent immediately. The remaining water will ” steep” and smell stronger as it sits in the bottle. top it off and be ready to refill your diffuser.The reviews say that it’s good to use in a small room but it works well in my large bedroom and even better with the door closed. I like that it’s small and blends in with my decor, and the light on it adds a nice touch. I like that you can shut the light off at night and still diffuse. The only thing I wish it had was a tiny power light to tell if it’s still on. My vision is failing and sometimes I have to get up close to see if it’s still diffusing when the light is off.I highly recommend this defuser. The price is right and it does the job beautifully. I’ve got one in most of my rooms and my apartment smells like a high end department store.

A spectacular diffuser to be had!
I like this oil diffuser. It looks cool almost like flames with the orange light a vapor coming out of it. It’s quite small and will diffuse for hours like 4-6 or more, I haven’t timed it. It lasts as long as I need it to for sure. Only thing I would I to see is a dimmer switch or a lower setting for the light. It is a little bright in a pitch black room. I know you can turn the light off and it still diffuse but a dimmer light would be cooler to look at. Nice capacity scented with you best oils, no color change just the orange, build quality is great. Maybe a color changing option would be cool either way I’m happy with it ,also it is priced very well. At $10 it’s almost stealing. It is well underpriced get it now!

Very good and is worth the money and wait.
It works excellent, but it is smaller than you think. The light works good, but it kind of sounds like crickets because the water bubbling and the motor but other than that, it looks very good. It works very good and it’s not too noisy and it doesn’t change colors unless you order one that change colors and I would say that the durability is great.

Small but mighty
I use this everyday. I love this size and the power it has for being so tiny. It never leaks and provides enough smell to fill my huge living room. Definitely worth every penny for such a beautiful little machine.

Love it so far!
Works great, one of the more quiet diffusers I’ve owned, and is easy to use, if you want that full flame look do not fill it too much. It still works well if it is full and holds lots of water, just it only diffuses more from the right side when very full. Otherwise I love it. Definitely a good value for money.

I’ve had a few diffusers over the years and I can say that this one is my favorite.It has a decent sized water tank which allows it to run for hours without having to be refilled and it only needs a few drops of oil. It’s also super easy to clean and well made. Worth every penny!I also love the “fire” effect and color that other diffusers don’t have. And you can turn the light off if you just want the mist.The plug is a standard usb-c which is nice, just in case you want to plug it in somewhere else or need a longer/shorter cord to fit your space.I will add that I feel this diffuser is best for smaller spaces, like a small bedroom, office or bathroom. I have mine on a shelf in my main living space and the smell only goes a couple feet in each direction, even with a fan on.

I like this little essential oil diffuser. The only complaint i have was that it needs to be plugged in continuously in order to function. I didn’t realize that. It emits a good amount of fragrance in a large living room and looks pretty.

Love this diffuser! I purchased it for work. It looks nice, and doesn’t take up too much space. Easy to use. Two settings (light on or off). Only has one light color. I only wish it was wireless. Aside from that, it’s perfect.
