Got this as a gift for a friend and she loves it and uses it every day. Questions in it are great and helpful and descriptive And make you think. I love the outside texture of this cloth.It seems like such an expensive book for the price.

I really like that is a simple, micro journal almost with a section for responses in the morning and night. I also like that there are weekly challenges and monthly reflection. It has a nice linen hard cover and a ribbon bookmark. It also has a sewn binding so the pages to lay surprising flat. It seems designed to help you stay the day in a positive mindset and then some reflection before bed without requiring a give time commitment. After all, even is name implies it only requires 5 minutes. I also love that it’s not bright white paper but a soft beige to ease you in and out of your day.
