It’s very simple (has a few exercises in beginning of book to record events / people you are grateful for). The rest of the book is date and space to write things you are grateful for on that day. Simple concept, but it keeps me on track and gives me a place to journal / record my blessings. The Scripture through-out the book is nice.

I love this journal. There is enough entry space. I love the fact that it takes you on a journey of thankfulness for past things. I just wish that it was thicker so that I can keep te book for a longer period. Maybe even have a weekly reflection as well
