The Hazli weighted blankets are filled with hypoallergenic micro glass beads. The beads are evenly distributed in each individual pocket, don’t shift and don’t make any noise.
We have a 10” pockets design for better weight distribution. The seams are very strong to prevent beads from leaking.
How do I choose the correct size for my child?
Follow this simple rule: choose the weighted blanket that weighs about 10% – 12% of your child body weight plus one pound.

*** Update: My second daughter loved her sister’s weighted blanket so much we bought another one. The kids sleep soundly with these. Very soft and comfortable. Washing isn’t difficult, but takes some thought and effort to do it correctly to get everything back in place. My second daughter does not have sleep issues but loves this for the warmth.We gave this to our 6 year old daughter who has anxiety issues and wakes up at least 1-2 times a night. When she opened this on her birthday she loved the bright pink color and the soft minky feel. Once she covered up with the blanket she immediately relaxed (even after a long night of presents and cake) and nearly fell asleep in her chair. She slept through the night that night and the following couple nights. Now about a week later, she still sleeps better with this weighted blanket than without it but she will wake up if it slides off in the night from turning.The minky is really soft and the 5 pound weight seems just right for her (about 40 pounds). It is heavy for her to carry down the hall but adults will have no problem moving it. I haven’t washed it yet and am a bit nervous about that since the instructions are very explicit but overall we are really happy with her “heavy blanket.” This product was recommended to us from a friend who is an occupational therapist. So glad we splurged on this blanket!

Super soft and love the washable cover!
Love this blanket. 11yr old sleeps with this every night. The glass beads are distributed evenly throughout the blanket and stitched in small areas so they can’t pool up. One of the few weighted blankets that has a cover that zips on and off for washing. The quilt and cover have many ties and loops to keep them in place when closed. I wish my duvet was made this well and had this many attachments and that was from Anthropologie. The cover washes perfectly. It is so very soft.

Good colors. Be careful when moving the blanket
Good quality and super soft. My only complaint is that the interior weighted blanket gets bunched up if you’re not careful when moving the blanket. This leads to weight being uneven throughout the blanket. Takes a bit of effort get all corners aligned up again.

I’m in my fifties, I am 5’4. I have been in trauma therapy for over 18 years. I suffered from severe PTSD, anxiety and other mental health disorders.My trauma therapist suggested I get a weight blanket. And to get the kind that has a little bumps on top because it helps with the calming effect of anxiety. I find it a nice way of feeling safe. I weigh 130 lb. The 7 lb is perfect, I want to get a 5 lb as well. I have found dealing with severe PTSD traumas, that having different poundage can work at different levels when the attacks appear. I can even take them in when I go to my therapy sessions. I would highly recommend these to anyone that suffers from such horrible debilitating Mental Health, or even kids with ADHD, autism, or other mental health issues. I keep some type of a blanket in each one of my vehicles so if I start experiencing a high anxiety attack. Then I can snuggle up with it even while driving.
