Great product for the price
I’ve tried many probiotics and at this point was about ready to give up, someone recommended this, and it works like a charm. I am back to being regular and not bloated anymore. Great value, no after taste. Easy to swallow. Please keep them refrigerated.

15+ years on probiotics
I’ve been on probiotics for 15 years. Highly recommend by my gastroenterologist. I think he would fire me if I stopped taking them. I’ve tried just about every brand. These are definitely an upgrade.

Needs to be refrigerated
I bought these probiotics to replace stomach bacteria during and after taking antibiotics. I started taking them and I did okay but these probiotics need to be refrigerated, which led me to often forget to take them. I didn’t really notice a difference on them but continued using because probiotics are now advised by many physicians when you’re on antibiotics, to help keep good bacteria in your digestive tract. I only did about 2 weeks and then left them out overnight because I forgot to put them back in the refrigerator. I wouldn’t go back to this product off that reason. I like to put out mine and my family’s vitamins the night before, so we don’t forget to take them. Having a refrigerated item, doesn’t work for me.
