Works great and cost efficient
I tried these a few months ago and was on a budget, but wanted to use a feminine probiotic and it worked well. I stocked up this time around as for it helped with my Ph and urinary health as well. So much out there and it was difficult to choose but overall this works well for me personally.

I feel better
Small pills. Easy to swallow. Tasteless and odorless. Seems to be of good quality. I like the high amount of strains. Reasonable price. I haven’t been taking them very long (about 2 weeks) but it seems my energy has increased, my sleep has improved and I just generally feel more centered and less stressed. I know the gut controls a lot. I’m glad I got these. I will buy again. It says take after a meal. I take during breakfast and with a prebiotic (benefiber)to help feed the probiotics.

Tablet not a capsule
Honestly I have taken probiotics for the last 10 years and I’ve never had them in a tablet instead of a capsule. I don’t feel these did anything for me.

Keeps uti’s away better
I only take one ( half the dose) 1. because I’m cheap, 2 . because I never take the full recommended dose of anything, i’m small frame, and sensitive. I also eat yogurt everyday. But no negative effects, less uti, & other infections decreased while taking this, and the other basics of healthy lifestyle. good deal for these, I wouldn’t order them in the hot months though.
