Helpful In Preventing Cramps
I have been experiencing nightly cramps in my legs for the past couple of years. During that time, I’ve tried various remedies. And though all worked to some degree, it wasn’t until I tried CNTHDI’s Magnesium Glycinate that I finally found real relief.What’s Good About These Gummies1. The price. They are affordable.2. Tasty but not vegan
My son loves these gummies and they help him sleep well. I love that they are sugar-free but they are actual not vegan-friendly as the calcium in them is derived from oyster shell (on their own label). The gummies themselves are made with pectin and not gelatin but just a heads up. I won’t eat them as a vegetarian but he’s not so 2 right before bed and he’s out like a light with no melatonin! He loves the pineapple flavor and I love that he’s getting more magnesium into his diet.
