Natural Vitality Calm Magnesium Citrate
Excellent source of magnesium, especially if you’ve found other sources of magnesium rough on the kidneys, or on the stomach, very smooth, and has a great flavor when paird with electrolytes, and juices such a lemonade, raspberry lemonade, and or orange juice! It helps with relaxation, and keeps bowels moving if you have trouble with bowel movements being regular, just make sure you stay hydrated, as your body needs proper hydration for any supplement to work as intended.

A real miracle product that actually does what it says
I never post reviews on here, but I just had to for this product. As I read all the positive reviews, I figured there was no way this stuff could work as good as advertised. It seemed too easy that a product called Natural Calm would actually work as advertised. I have suffered from anxiety and depression for the majority of my life and have taken various meds and tried many natural supplements to help. I finally got off the antidepressants and was left with crippling anxiety and panic attacks that wouldn’t let up.Pretty much 99 percent of the stuff I have tried doesn’t provide any relief. But this stuff actually works. It isn’t as potent as taking real prescribed medication, but there is a real effect on you. It takes the edge off and I feel more at ease and my mind doesn’t race and worry like normal. I am more social and confident using this product and don’t have a problem talking to people and feel generally happy and content. I feel a slight energy boost as well, probably due to my increased mood. Start off slow with the dosage because if you take too much you will be running for the bathroom at first. It takes a little bit for your body to get adjusted. I take a teaspoon in the morning and a half at night and it also helps with sleeping. One tub of this stuff will last you a while (At least a few months). If you have issues with anxiety or just being stressed out this is definitely a product to try and give a shot. You have nothing to lose and the price is very reasonable. One thing I will say is that I could do without the flavor. This is the only kind I have tried but it is sort of over-the-top sweet if you don’t mix it with something else. I might opt for the plain flavor next time. I won’t go without this stuff ever again.I am starting to think a lot of anxiety and undue stress is caused by vitamin deficiencies in the body and unhealthy lifestyles in general, (too much sugar, caffeine, not enough exercise, etc) and since doctors don’t have the time to spend with patients, medication is always a quick fix given out. Those things are ripe with side-effects and should be an absolute last resort!
