Good probiotic
This women’s probiotic is a high-quality product that seems to work well for general digestive and feminine health. I found the capsules easy to take and had no issues with the quality or packaging. While I found it to be a good product overall, it unfortunately didn’t contain the specific strain of probiotic I was looking for to address my personal health needs. For someone seeking a general, well-rounded women’s probiotic, this would likely be a very effective choice.

This is the first probiotic that I have truly noticed a difference and is working for ME! I’ve tried different ones in the past and couldn’t tell a difference, but these are definitely a fit for me and my body. They do have a smell and taste like what they smell like..but I normally just drink something flavored to get it down.

Life Saver
I swear these saved me! For some reason, when I was 28 all the sudden I had 4 UTIs in 3 months for some unknown reason, having only one before that. I started taking these, and they finally stopped. Over a year later I stopped taking these and a couple weeks later I had a UTI. I don’t know exactly what they do, but clearly something! I’ll be taking these forever!

I was looking for a probiotic with Lactobacillus Crispatus to help with recurring bv. So far this has helped alot with ph balance! 10/10 recommend!
