I like to have this on hand when my system comes to a stand still. This causes no cramping or discomfort and works very well. I do not take this more than once or twice at a time. Like all laxatives, it’s best not to become dependent on this.

Natural, safe and works wonders!
This was recommended to me in lieu of miralax as a natural alternative for my child. It works quickly and efficiently with no side effects.I would recommend trying a smaller dose to start and see what happens though. I had my mother in law try it recently because she gets backed up from her chemo. While it typically takes overnight to work, it woke her up from a dead sleep and had her going every hour for 12 hours, granted she hadn’t gone in a week. So, while it’s a 5 star product I believe they should have a variable dosage for some.

I’m 34 yrs old and can honestly say I’ve probably left 4-5 reviews during my adult life(& I order a lot of stuff lol) It’s got to be really really good or really really bad for me to leave a review…. Yalllllll… this stuff is a miracle worker.. I have never been regular my entire life.. over the last year it’s gotten really bad.. I felt like I had tried everything.. and then I ran across this.. it deserves a 10 star.. seriously.. it’s amazing!! No cramps.. no bloating.. easy urge.. daily bathroom trips!!! So thankful!!

It works!
I was at a loss as to what to do with my constipation. I would have success here and there but I needed something that would allow me to do everyday which was the norm for me. I saw these and decided to purchase. I will definitely say they work like magic. The next morning after the first night of taking these, I had a very good bowel movement. The morning after the second night, my stools were loose. I decided to cut the dosage down to 2 pills for the next night. I got the same results (ie loose stools), so I’m going to go down to 1 pill per night to see how that works. I also take fiber supplements and think that MIGHT be contributing to the loose stools. Although I’m having loose stools, I’d rather be producing something than nothing. I will figure out the right cadence but I wanted to leave a review to say it works!

So pleased I found this. After a lifetime of a pretty sluggish gut, & having tried dozens of things over the years for constipation (including colonics) – I’m just so relieved to have something that really does work for me. I would say to be careful to begin with. For the initial week / 10 day cleanse I took 3 tablets before bed each night & that worked wonderfully – a proper detox – let’s just say I’m glad I didn’t go for the 5 tablets! I now take 2 tablets at bedtime every 3 or 4 days just to keep things moving regularly. Absolutely no cramping, just gently go to the toilet properly on a daily basis now – over the moon 🙂 I would just add, not to take the tablets with a fizzy drink (as I read in one of the reviews) it really does speed up / increase the effect hugely & you wouldn’t want to be far from the toilet at all. We’re all different, but this honestly has worked wonders for me – none of that awful griping or diarrhoea you get with some old school laxatives – just naturally soft motions. Hope it works for you too x

Llegaron muy bien, y el bote es tal cual. Hacen mucho efecto sin ser agresivas con el cuerpo. Dura aproximadamente, como mes y medio si la usas todos los días y te tomas máximo 3. La única pega es el precio, pero es calidad.
