May cause rash if you’re allergic.
I developed a rash on my arm after a few days of taking this supplement. How do I know it was this supplement? It was the only new thing was introduced into my body. I pay close attention to what I consume and Ashwagandha was the only thing I started taking. You won’t know if you’re allergic to Ashwagandha until you take it so pay careful attention of how your body reacts. After I stop taking Ashwagandha and getting a steroid shot, the rash started to go away. It took about 7 days for my rash to complete stop. I gave it a 3 star despite the rash. It’s not for everyone.

If you are consuming this for better sleep, this definitely works but it takes a few days. Take this regularly and you’ll notice better sleep and falling asleep quite quickly once you hit the bed.I would recommend this for sure to anyone suffering with sleep problems.
