Cheap product, awful service.
I bought this product back in January and the light is already not working. I contacted the company and they sent me a new fuse and a new bulb (for $30.00) and neither fixed the issueCheap construction, looks and feels flimsy,wobbles on feet/wheels, light already broken in six months of light use.I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a better quality machine.Extremely disappointed.Was told a tech would call me today or tomorrow, but no one has called yet. VERY disappointed.

It’s Violet on both of the machines I purchased. And I purchased each at different times if that helps. going on 2 years now and haven’t had any problems besides rough employees, so have had to tighten the arms, lamp and base bolts a few times. I also only use distilled water and clean my steamers with vinegar at least 1x month. Great Machine, great value.

Have only used this steamer/mag lamp a few days now but here’s the scoop so far. I like how easy it is to move around, the force of the steam and that it comes with an aroma therapy basket and several tools. With all that, it is not bulky. I like the arm of the magnifying lamp and it’s flexibility. I only wish the magnifying lamp were a little bigger and it wasn’t LED. It is very bright. Too bright for some customers. I have not yet used the tools but I am sure they are just fine. It seems like a nice little machine and especially for the price!

Steamer is strong… Clients love it. The mag lamp is nice and bright but lamp head part won’t stay still and keeps falling onto my clients face no matter how tight I make it. Really frustrating!

Light not secured. Fee to return!
A big disappointment was the light. When trying to adjust the light to look at a client’s face it could fall and hurt someone. I tried talking to customer service and they keep saying there isn’t anything wrong. When clearly you can see in the video the light detaches. Also, the light doesn’t stay in place. It will fall all the way down. There’s nothing to make it stay at a certain height.If you want to return this product be prepared for a 25 percent stocking fee just to return so you won’t be getting your full money back.Stayed with it anyway because my 30 days is up. I will just have to use it and put it to the test and see how durable it’ll last.
