How long does your magnesium stay fresh?
2-3 years from the MFG date. New products will have the expiration listed. We run magnesium batches at least once per quarter.
How many capsules should I take, and when should I take them?
Take three (3) capsules once daily or as directed by your medical provider. If it upsets your stomach, try splitting up the dosage to take one in the morning, and two in the evening. Try out different times of the day to see what works best for you.
How long should I take this?
If your doctor has a recommendation, it is best to follow that. Most people find magnesium glycinate to be best-taken long-term for lasting health benefits. Many people take it one time per day with or without food.
What are the side effects?
Magnesium glycinate is generally considered safe and well-tolerated with few reported side effects. However, in some individuals, high doses of magnesium glycinate may cause upset stomach or sleepiness.

Stops cramps when you’re magnesium levels need a boost
I’ve been using this for almost a year for cramps and it has not disappointed! When I began a workout plan, I frequently had cramping in my abdomen which were excruciating. I would also have cramping when I stepped out of bed in my calf. Thankfully, I haven’t had cramping in either area since!

This product gets high reviews from outside sources, very helpful when trying to decide among an abundance of choices. I find that starting with 1 tablet instead of the recommended 3 works for me, gradually increasing to full dose.

I’ve only been taking it for about a week, every evening about an hour before going to bed. It does help me relax and fall asleep faster. There were no unpleasant side effects. It costs quite a bit more than other brands, so I’m not sure if I will buy again when I finish this bottle.

Great value & quality
Have to give this a big thumbs up and just really don’t know why. I’ve tried other labels that are more costly and have a higher dose of magnesium but they cause me to lose sleep and are not as effective for night time muscle cramps. Same exact ingredients but less vitamin additives in this brand which turns out to be the winner every time. I am not a scientist but these guys are and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

Great product for relaxing sleep!
I love this brand! I take it before bed and it really helps me sleep deep. I also like that if you would rather have it in tea before bed, you can open the capsules and empty them into your tea. Good for people that don’t like swallowing pills. It’s my go to Magnesium.

I decided to try it and ordered a second bottle. Reason: Many of the ingredients are from the Dead Sea in Israel.AND it does not have a “typical” pharmacy label. Organics Ocean I thought would be worth a try. So far so good.
