My sensitive ears love them
The backs screw on from the back, so they were a bit tricky to get on at first. After a few tries, though, I got the hang of it and find them very easy to put on and remove. My ears are sensitive and these have not given me any issues. They are secure, I’ve not had them unscrew or fall off. They are comfortable to sleep on because of their flat backs. They are very shiny, a beautiful white gold color instead of a dark sterling silver color. I got the 3 mm and they’re the perfect size!

Beautiful jewelry for an amazing price
I am completely obsessed with Pavoi jewelry, especially these earrings!! I have three piercings on each ear and was struggling to find jewelry to keep in my second holes all the time. Regular backings were bothering the area behind my ears and I was contemplating letting the holes close out of frustration. I decided to try these earrings with flat backings first and I literally haven’t taken them out in forever! The flat backs are amazing and don’t bother me at all when sleeping or laying down. They come in multiple sizes and are perfect for second, third, fourth, etc holes, especially for someone like me with small ears. They haven’t discolored at all, don’t turn my ears black, and the gem has stayed as sparkly as when I first bought them. Do yourself a favor and just buy everything Pavoi, you will not regret it!!!

Perfect for my tragus piercing
I’m using this for my tragus piercing and my new thirds, and absolutely love it! The length is perfect, and I’ve had no issues with irritation or allergies on my sensitive skin. The flat screw-back design is perfect. It feels secure and doesn’t poke the back of my ear or head, which has always been a problem with regular earring backs. It’s also made wearing headphones so much more comfortable. The materials look high-quality, and the simulated stud has just the right amount of sparkle. Super cute and practical!

Item as described. Just the right size that I wanted. Worked great for the first 4 months, but the back somehow unscrewed and is now lost. Doesn’t seem like I can get replacement backs.

Hard to put on with longer nails but great studs!
My title really is just an FYI because it has nothing to do with the quality of the product. The earrings themselves are great! I picked the medium sized studs because I wanted something I can put on once and just not take off. They are small but still noticeable but that’s what I was looking for. I have acrylic nails that are medium length and this made it impossible for me to put them on!! Just FYI to my girlies! I had to have my mom put them on for me after several failed attempts. It was literally impossible for me to do it myself with nails. My mom mentioned they were a little difficult to close but now that they’re on, I haven’t had any issues with quality. Since they are flat backs they don’t hurt my skin when I sleep nor have they caused any irritation. I’ve been wearing them for about a week so far. The backs seem to go on secure. Great value for the price!
