I’ve been really happy with Physician’s CHOICE Probiotics for Women. It’s gentle on my stomach and has helped with bloating and overall digestion. I also feel more balanced and notice a difference in gut health. Easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and great quality ingredients — definitely recommend!

As I mentioned earlier, give it a try. If you stick with it, you’ll notice satisfying changes in your body. I won’t keep it a secret that it helps with dieting. The four stars are taken off by one because of the high price.

These are my go to probiotics. I’ve tried so many different brands and different ones trying to target many other things.. but these ones are good for my sensitive stomach, the price is very reasonable so i have no issue spending a little bit on them:) Highly recommend these their very effective and have helped me a lot with my gut health journey!
