Excellent comfort to support ratio
Feels comfortable, supportive design. I have spine misalignment issues and this brace so far is very light and easy to wear. Useful. The velcro is a little scratchy, but I like how adjustable it is.

Easy to use and improvement in 3 days
I’ve actually really enjoyed this product. In just 3 days I’ve noticed fairly significant improvement with my posture. I now have less muscle tightness when sitting up right, it now feels more natural. The Velcro can feel a little uncomfortable at times when not aligned properly, but is an easy fix. I wouldn’t recommend wearing it under a bodycon shirt, as you may be able to see it through the shirt. However, something a little loose is hardly noticeable.

Good product that offers moderate support and is comfortable to use. My grandaughter had just hoped for more support, but it is a good reminder to help her work on her posture and will hopefully eliminate some pain she exsperiences due to mild scoliosis.

It works like it says. When you put it on, it pulls you up and your shoulders back. Now realistically, unless you are toned/not have baby fat from labor, you cannot wear this all day if you are on the chubby side like I am right now. It kind of digs into my fat by the armpits…. I recommend wearing it 2 hours a day like it says to do. A few hours of wear of fine and feels comfortable! When you move around a lot and are chubbier, not so much for a long day wearer. 4 stars. Having some neck pain and can’t wear it right now due to injury of something else.. would be 5 stars if I was 1. I shape. And 2. Didn’t have neck pain 3. Could wear it for longer periods of time for best results.

Worth it
This actually helped a lot more than I expected. I’ve been having a lot of back pain in the last few months, and my posture has always been terrible. I constantly have knots in my back due to the posture and some other issues. This thing straightens you out instantly. It’s not terribly uncomfortable, but obviously will require some getting used to. When you’ve been sitting and standing incorrectly for most of your life, there will obviously be an adjustment period but it’s really not that bad. I actually even noticed that if I wore it too long, I would get discomfort from that, but I think you’re always supposed to wear a certain amount of hours out of the day. It’s definitely worth 20 bucks.
