This was a waste of money. It didn’t help my posture, even when I pulled it as tight There is nothing to keep back straight- that middle piece in the back just MOVED UP every time I tightened the straps until it was practically sitting on my neck (not exaggerating). The middle back piece lacked an anchor to keep you straight and it in position. However, it is lightweight and won’t make you sweaty as there is nothing going around your torso. Moreover, appears durable.I now have to order a different one that goes around the torso.

Functionality and uncomplicated wearability
I think I made a mistake because I didn’t realize that you have to reach all the way back to grab this traps to bring them over to the front just drop this on properly I suppose to the front strapping pull down strap like the Chirp Upper Back Posture Corrector. Which has the same idea it is the same complex size no bulky thing that I wanted to but I saw this one would come with the front adjustment pull down straps. I can be lazy when it comes to this type of things and I live a fast-faced life the cheap one that I saw elsewhere you put it on the same way but he has this drops like a backpack you grab them pull down and there’s the adjustment. I also don’t know if I should wash these thing for mine came without instructions. Otherwise I will give it a five star because it is comfortable it is just the mechanism of adjusting and pulling and tightening that I personally don’t like.

Does not look like the picture. Very hard to put on without help. No instructions…no inside packaging. No improvement in my posture once I finally did get it on. Very uncomfortable. I almost feel like this was a return which I plan on doing?
