This is a review of the QFE Posture Corrector for Women and Men Back Brace Upgraded Upper Comfy Correction selling for $20 delivered at the time of this review. I am 6’4″ 235 and pretty muscular. I ordered the correct size according to their size chart and it fits around my torso properly BUT the upper straps around the shoulders are too loose. So I can pull it down and tighten them but then it is uncomfortable around the gut for long term wear. I have used a couple of others that fit up tighter under the arms and had shorter straps which worked better for me as a man but would be worse for a woman because of the chest. This seems like it is more of a product for women and more suitable to fit below their breasts which is why the straps are too long for me. a simple solution for the manufacturer would be to make the shoulder straps adjustable but as it is I can’t recommend this to a man, at least not one with my build. My wife is too small so I can’t have her test it either for a second opinion but for me this is a no go as is but I am going to shorten the straps and try it again.

A little benefit, a lot of chafing
When I first put it on and got it properly adjusted, I was skeptical it actually did anything. I was mostly just aware of the places it chafed uncomfortably, especially under the armpits. I felt like I could slouch just as easily, and if anything I was encouraged to slouch *more* to alleviate the uncomfortable tension from the brace.However, I did wear it while driving most of one day during a multi-day road trip, and I found that I was much less stiff and sore the next day compared to the days I hadn’t been wearing it. I think it did help keep my body from slouching forward like I tend to do while driving. However, I did find myself desperately pulling it off in the final hour of driving and was hit with an unbelievable way of relief, exactly like taking an ill-fitting bra off after a long day.Perhaps with more wear, it will soften up a little to be more bearable. But as it is now, it’s not something I think I could easily wear in any situations where I would be moving around a lot because of how uncomfortably it rubs in the armpits and on the neck.

⭐️⭐️ Comfort Issues Outweigh the Support
I purchased this posture corrector for men and women hoping it would help support my back and improve my posture, especially since I have damaged spinal disc and tend to slump. The brace is lightweight and very adjustable, but finding the right fit took some time.Once I got it adjusted, I felt ready to stand tall and get on with my day — unfortunately, that didn’t last long. After about 30 minutes of wear, the brace began rolling and riding up, and I had to keep tugging and readjusting it. The straps also started to irritate my skin around the armpits and along the collarbone, eventually causing redness and even whelps. I made sure it wasn’t too tight, so the issue seems to be the fabric and strap design, which are too flexible to provide real support.I really wanted this to work, but I just can’t wear it long enough to get any benefit. It might work for someone who’s mostly sitting still at a desk or standing in one position, but for any kind of movement or daily activity, this posture corrector just isn’t ideal.
