The ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is a fun, versatile tool for personal trainers, group fitness instructors, Pilates instructors, physical therapists, or anyone who wants to improve their balance and core strength. This lightweight, portable disc creates an unstable surface that can be used for a variety of purposes such as standing balance exercises, seated or kneeling Pilates core workouts, or prone movements like planks and push-ups. It can also be used as a seat cushion for both adults and children. One side features small bumps to provide traction and grip, while the other has more tactile, flexible raised bumps for a massaging effect. The disc may be used on either side, according to your preference. The stability disc is 14-inches in diameter and approximately 3-inches high, depending on how much you inflate it (not to exceed 5”). It comes with a hand pump so you can inflate it according to your needs and comfort level. Reliable, Durable and Great for both kids and parents
As a parent of three young children—two of whom are neurodivergent—I’ve tried several balance discs to support sensory regulation and posture improvement, and the ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc is one of the 2 brands that I think have comparable quality that I purchased from Amazon.The quality is excellent—the material is sturdy and well-made, and it holds up really well to daily use. I appreciate that it comes with a pump and is easy to inflate and adjust based on how firm or wobbly we need it to be.My kids use it for sensory input and to help with focus during seated activities. My youngest also uses it with her physical therapist to improve core strength and muscle tone. It’s been especially helpful for posture and sensory regulation.I also love using this disc for my own home workouts—it’s great for balance training, core exercises, and even as a seat cushion to encourage better posture while working.Highly recommend this for families looking for functional, versatile tools that support both kids and adults in staying active and regulated!

Excellent product at a very reasonable price
My child uses this product at physical therapy to help with muscle tone, balance, stability, and gravitational issues. I saw that this seller had several colors for $20 or less, and decided it would also be great for providing him with proprioceptive input at home for his sensory seeking needs. He stands on it during chest level learning activities, sometimes when eating or reading, and he sits on it to read or play with toys on the floor. I have also started using it to increase my own balance and core strength. This item will challenge your body for sure! Expect to feel it in your hips and thighs, and understand that yoga on it is more advanced! I honestly can not think of many $20 fitness items that provide this variety of balance, strengthening, and sensory benefits… but it is difficult so definitely check with your physical therapist and/or physician to decide if it is right for you. Easy to inflate, easy to figure out how to use. Probably some of the best $20 I have spent on an item that literally everyone in my family is using.

Well packaged and good balance for the dogs.
I use this for dog gymnastics as a challenge to the dogs for balance and to keep them mentally active to balance on it. I have 2 medium size dogs and it works well for them, but if I had to use it for myself it would be too small for me to balance on. It is well made, the pump works well and I like that it has 2 different textures I can use for them to balance on.

This is still inflated & works good. I have it on my work desk chair.I thought for a minute, wait, this can’t be, why won’t it inflate, how can it already have a hole in it & I retraced everything I had done when I pulled it out @ my work desk-in an office -with no pointy things.The hole is a very clean, very tiny very round hole & it can only have happened probably via the little metal inflator that is supplied & I still to this day think I got one that was returned(due to it being punctured) & was put back ‘on the shelf’.But, I decided to spend more $ & buy a bike tire patch & it has worked great ever since.

Great little balance trainer!
I bought this to work on my one leg balance, and it has done a great job! Easy to inflate, and perfect size for practicing standing on one leg. After practicing on this, my balance on the floor is greatly improved. Well worth the price just for that.

Mixed feelings
Well, the disc is ok…but trying to inflate is no good……..the needle pump that came with it broke whenI tried to inflate, in fact, the needle part I think was already half way broke and it bent completely off& over. So I had another little needle pump that I used all the time and I tried using it and it brokecompletely. Upset about that, because I had to go & purchase another pump at a local store becauseI need an air pump for other products. I finally was able to get it inflated to the desired firmness, andI guess after all that, I will keep…but very disappointed and it ended up costing me more money becauseof needing another pump.
