Excellent Quality and Noticeable Results
I’ve tried several magnesium supplements, but this one from Pure Encapsulations is by far the best. It’s gentle on my stomach and helps me sleep more soundly at night. I also feel less muscle tension and overall calmer throughout the day. I love that it’s pure, non-GMO, and doesn’t contain unnecessary additives. Great supplement
Those capsules are amazing. They were recommended to me by my physician. Their low dose enables everybody to adjust the doses perfectly. You start with one, increase by one every day, and when you have very loose stool in the morning, you know you have taken one too many, and you adjust.I am sleeping super well, and they help recover my muscles after workout.

Don’t take too much. Start out slowly.
I purchased this to help me sleep through the night. 4 stars because the first night it woke up with major cramps and diarrhea, however I fault myself for starting out too strongly by taking two pills when I should have taken one. The second night I took the pill too late, at 9 pm, and didn’t sleep as well. Alas the third night I took one at 7pm and that was by far the best nights sleep I’ve had in over a month. I woke up without any grogginess with plenty of energy for the day. I will continue to take only one dose at 7pm going forward. I do recommend this product if you are having trouble staying asleep.

Safety and Quality
Soooo, I take many supplements as a 55+ year old gulf war veteran. I can tell you that these are the best magnesium suppliers and the best brand. Why? Because I took them at night and I measured the effectiveness on the way I feel the next day. Right away I felt different when I woke up, you may not have as many issues as I do so I can assure you it makes me feel better. You see, I’ve had chemical exposer in the past, (we all have to some degree) but my body is extra sensitive to the point I can tell what is good and what is bad for my body. One more thing, if taking magnesium you want to use this type of capsul. What you do not want to do is take the solid pills vitamins or medicines. Why? Becaue they use a machines and unhealthy ingredients to make those solid pills. I already need to take non-capsul pills to stay alive so I dont need to double or triple down. What i mean is if the pill can be cut with a pill cutter, it has binders. Without those binders the pills would just be powder. That is what u want, just the powder in the pill. What you dont want is the powder suppliers in a jar or a jar of magnesium powder. Why? Because its highly probable that your jar of magnesium powder is full of microplastics. As you can see i.am super picky on what im putting in my body, and this Brand and format of the pills is wonderful and approved by me.

Lo tomo desde hace un mes y me siento bastante bien. Me concentro mejor, duermo bien y despierto descansando. No tiene efectos desagradables en la panza como otras presentaciones de magnesio. Es caro y tardó una semana en llegar a Mexico pero hasta ahora ha valido la pena.

I am very satisfied with the product and I do feel the effect right away, same day.I do feel more calm and chill, usually take it before going to work and honestly it does help to the point I stopped taking it in order to avoid being too relaxed and sleepy lol
