Great Value and Easy to Use
I have recently started stretching and doing light exercise at home, and this set of bands are perfect to help me follow my new routine. They are very flexible but strong, and the varying thicknesses are easy to choose which one to use based on your fitness level. I have also washed them in the washing machine, but I let them air dry, and they come out perfectly. Overall, this is a great set, easy to use, and it’s a good value for the price of the set.

I use resistance bands in my workouts almost every day! As you all know the two biggest issues are bands that slip and bands that rollup into what looks like a string instead of a band! These fabric resistance bands solve both problems! First, they stay where I put them! This is really important when doing hip thrusters! Next, they don’t roll-up and turn into a string rather than a band! The solid fabric construction keeps them exactly as they should be, A BAND! If you struggle with resistance bands that lose function because of those two issues, I would definitely give these a try!!

Great resistance bands for beginners
Great tension bands. They work really well, and are well made. I have another pair that I am always hesitant to use because they feel like they are going to break everytime I use them. These are made with fabric and they are DURABLE. I can use the heck out of them and not feel like they’re stretching out either. Not only that, they really do have a good resistance. I can barely stretch the highest one.

Booty bands that are affordable & made well
I had no idea what strength the booty band I owned was so I decided I needed a full set to solve that problem. The MRZZATA exercise bands come in a set of three: light, medium, and heavy. The light is very stretchy allowing for a large range of movement with minimal resistance. The medium has a bit more resistance than the light, but they’re very close. I like the range of movement with the light and medium as sometimes you need more range rather than resistance so these two fit that purpose nicely. The heavy, on the other hand, is drastically tighter than the other two leaving quite a gap between the medium and the heavy. (I think the band that I already own will fill that gap nicely.) The heavy does stretch, but it takes effort which is what you want!This type of fabric resistance band is superior to the thin, rubbery bands that are difficult to put on, tend to stick, roll up, and dig into your body. These fabric booty bands are easy to put on, keep their shape, stay in place, don’t roll, and are very comfortable. They are stored in a mesh bag and come with a small sheet of suggested exercises. It’s a great price for a set of three.I knocked off one star because I felt the medium band was too stretchy and that there could have been more resistance making it a better middle ground between the light and heavy.
