This purchase has literally extended life for 2 pairs of my Uggs. It comes with 3 bottles of solutions, all labeled with thorough and clear instructions. It does clean the surface very well, making it to look like new. All I did is I mixed a little bit of cleaning solution with water and it worked perfectly (Do not apply the concentrate directly on the ugg skin). After the surface had become dry, I applied the shield solution which works as an efficient water and dirt repellent. It has been a couple of weeks already and I am happy with the purchase!

This product brought life back to my UGG boots. After I applied the solution, the shoes were clean and looked much newer. I also have used the waterproofing spray on several products. I would recommend this product for UGGs or similar boots or slippers.

Does not work.
This product and the limited instructions made the UGG’s I was restoring worse. It actually made more spots and did not get the others out at all. Not a good product. Buyer beware.
