Works well for my needs
I purchased this in gold tone and wear it on my middle finger. It is not bulky and feels comfortable for all day wear. Great way to track sleep, blood pressure, oxygen, etc. without wearing a bulky watch type device. I found it easy to set up the APP and start monitoring. The battery life is about 3 days which is comparable to other devices. I added some stacking ring on either side to wear when I want to dress t up (see photo) I would recommend this ring it is very affordable and good quality for the price point.

Budget Friendly Smart Ring
I was a little wary of buying a product like this that tracks health “things” just cause it’s new and weird. As soon as I tried it I think this is the coolest product! I love that it tracks your sleep, steps, heart rate, etc.I’m a little bummed the ring is a little bulky (IMO) and didn’t fit my ring finger like a true size 7 (it’s a little loose) but love the color! The app is easy to sync up with and easy to understand and navigate. All in all it’s a great smart ring on a budget!

Reliable and Useful Smart Health Ring
I purchased this Smart Health Ring to track my health data, and it has been a helpful tool in my daily routine. The setup process was straightforward, and the app syncs smoothly with my phone. I’ve noticed the ring is comfortable to wear throughout the day and provides accurate readings for heart rate and activity levels. Battery life is decent, lasting several days on one charge. Overall, it’s a solid product for anyone interested in monitoring basic health metrics on a budget.

Great budget smart ring
This is a really great budget smart ring if you’re looking to avoid the higher price tag of the Oura ring and/or the monthly subscription fees. I purchased a size 7 and it’s very true to size (my wedding ring is 5.5 for reference). The gold color leans a bit rosy, as you can see compared to my gold wedding ring, but I prefer that to a brassy gold.As for function, I love that I can track my walking distance, pacing, and calories burned. I mainly purchased the ring to monitor my heart rate during exercise to avoid autoimmune flare ups. It has been perfect in that regard. I use a stationary bike for cycling and was bummed that the ring will only track calories, pace and speed burned on an actual bike, although it makes sense. The sleep tracking does not work, in my experience. It registered that I slept through the night multiple nights in a row, which is untrue because I get up to go to the bathroom 1-2 times every night. I’ve read that even expensive rings like Oura have issues with tracking sleep. I just charge my ring overnight instead. The charge lasts a few days, which works for me.I use this ring every day and have only had connectivity issues a couple of times (I’ve had the ring for ~4 months). I’ve noticed that this happens when my internet signal is temporarily compromised or my phone is switching from wifi to 5G. I try to keep my phone as close to the ring as possible to avoid this. The app is very simple to navigate and I haven’t had any issues or qualms there. The step count is very accurate (cross checked with my Iphone’s step count).Overall, this ring looks nice, it was really affordable and it does exactly what I intended when purchasing. I’d definitely recommend it.

Price Is Right For What You Get
Everything works great and it does track my sleep, BP, HR, SPO2, and step counter. Battery life is two or three days max.But here’s the three things that are flaws with this Health Ring.1. There are too many Permissions being wanted by the app. I found out with AI that the developers were either lazy or wanted more data to eventually sell. But I only have Background and Nearby Devices turned on. Nothing else is needed to run this ring not even the GPS. I’ll post a screenshot of what I mean. Trust me on this one. The step counter is calculated by the accelerometer. I think the GPS is needed for a third party service which I do not use.2. The sleep sensor is great but it will not calculate naps during the day. Only for a certain period which I think is from 8pm to 8am but don’t quote me on that exact time window but I remember reading that somewhere in the app.3. The Ring size is off by 2 sizes for me. I used a fabric ruler and a string to measure my pointer finger. The picture on Amazon said I would need a size 13 but I had to return that size. I choose a size 12 and kept it BUT I could really use a size 11 to be honest as the 12 is still not snug as there is a gap at the top and bottom of finger. I have to constantly push the ring back towards my hand in order for there to be no gaps. And with health rings with sensors you do not want gaps.So thats my honest assessment of this particular health ring.Would I recommend it to family and friends? You betcha! But only if taking into consideration the three flaws I pointed out above. If the manufacturer of this health ring ironed out those three flaws then this ring would be on par with the expensive name brand health rings. It’s still a good deal though so I gave it 4 stars.

Great product & Great price!
For the price this ring is a steal! I have had it for about 3 months it’s still in great condition i have swam with it, cooked with it, sweat with it everything you can think of and it has not tarnished. It fits great I went a size up to be able to wear on multiple fingers. Its takes all the basics for you oxygen, heart rate, tracks sleep quality, it does everything you need. Also it’s not heavy on the finger so that makes it comfortable. I would highly recommend purchasing this ring if you want to track your health without breaking the bank.

Terrible product not accurate. Trying to return the product seller accepts the return then tries everything not to make you return it. Don’t waste your money!
