Great beginner hand weights
These are easy to use during early stage recovery while in physical therapy. They are easy to grip and helped to gain strength. They are small and lightweight making them easy to store. I like that they are vinyl coated which makes to easy clean-up. Oh, and the price was right.

I tore a rotator cuff, and was told by my physical therapist to buy one pound weights. I saw these adorable pink weights at my therapist’s gym and I had to get them!! Great price and arrived quickly! Respecto al tiempo de entrega, una vez que se realizó el cobro, llegó a los dos días. Fue bastante rápido a pesar de la situación con el coronavirus.Llegó en un paquete con otra caja dentro y sus etiquetas correspondientes. Quizás la segunda caja un poco doblada pero lo normal para un envio que contiene pesas. Ninguna queja por esa parte.Respecto a las pesas, están de buen tamaño y es lo que esperaba. Sólo llegó una de ellas cuarteada del plástico pero es mínimo.En general cumple con las espectativas sin embargo, hay que ver la calidad delnproducto una vez pase el tiempo!
