Easy Meal Planning!
I bought The Stealth Health Meal Prep Cookbook because I needed something realistic I could stick to. It really delivered. The recipes are simple, healthy, and taste good, which makes meal prep much less stressful. I love that it doesn’t require a lot of ingredients or hours in the kitchen. With over 100 recipes and helpful portion tips, it has been great for staying on track with my weight goals without feeling deprived. If you’re busy but still want to eat clean and feel good, this cookbook makes it genuinely doable.

Game Changer
I have only made a few recipes so far, but this has become my go-to resource for dinner prep. This book took the guesswork out of healthy eating (I have struggled with this). The recipes are fast and surprisingly filling. I love how everything is broken down to make meal prep easy. Highly recommend!

Just needs formatted properly
I really like the recipes in this cookbook, they’re colorful, tasty, and easy to follow. The nutrition tips are a nice touch too. But the formatting is a mess. Headings are broken up, spacing is weird, and some text is hard to follow because of how it’s laid out. If the author takes the time to fix the formatting, this book is a home run success!

It did absolutely nothing but provide a few decent recipes…
This book confuses me. It seems like something someone made at home over a weekend and then had it bound and sold – without an editor. The pages are “full color” but on cheap paper so they’re not exactly vivid; there are misspellings (like 90% of the recipes have a yield of “servigs” not servings); most of the pictures don’t match the recipes themselves (for example, even the very first recipe for “apple cinnamon protein overnight oats” shows a picture of overnight oats topped with strawberries, blueberries, and almond slivers — which are not in the recipe at all!). On top of that, it claims to be a guide to help with meal planning but it doesn’t actually help with that at all. None of the recipes say how they should be stored, how long they are good for, how to reheat them…. Chapter 9 even references meal plans like the “Beginner’s 3-Day Meal Prep Plan” and the “Standard 5-Day Workweek Plan” – but it’s just a paragraph on how great the plans are without an actual plan anywhere in the book or a clue where to actually get them. Lastly, she makes a strong case for slow cooker meals but then very few of the recipes included are actually made in the slow cooker. So while the recipes are “fine”, I don’t see the point of this book otherwise. I think I could have gotten as much (or more!) information just looking up healthy recipes on the Internet – and at least the pictures would have matched the actual recipe.

This cookbook offers over 100 easy, nutritious recipes that make healthy eating less stressful. I liked the focus on quick prep, minimal ingredients, and portion-friendly meals that fit into busy schedules. While the variety is solid, some recipes could use more detail, but overall it’s a useful guide for anyone starting with meal prep and aiming for weight loss.

The recipes in this cookbook are flavorful, colorful, and easy to make, and the nutrition tips are a thoughtful bonus. Unfortunately, the poor formatting, broken headings, odd spacing, and confusing text flow make it frustrating to use. With better organization and layout, it could be a great resource. As it stands, the content is good, but the presentation needs serious work.
