It has a great feel but does not make lips plumper.
This definitely does not make my lips look bigger in the slightest bit, BUT I LOVE the tingly/slightly burning sensation that it gives me, as it makes me FEEL like my lips are bigger. My lips are already full, but I like that this product makes the FEEL full, although the sensation only lasts for about an hour, maybe two. I feel like the value for the money is a bit lacking as this product should really only be about $10, simply because it does NOT makes your lips bigger.

Game changer. I basically use this as a lipstick lol it doesn’t dry out like other lip liners. I’m not sure why it’s flat though? It’s not pointed like other liners. It stays on and does slightly plump.
